Mike at C&M
It has been announced that the comedian Jeremy Hardy has passed away at the age of 57, after a short battle against cancer. I had the pleasure of seeing him do ISIHAC in Carlisle a couple of years ago. His rendition of Abba's "Thank you for the music" was comedy gold. Rest in peace, Jeremy. Happy in the knowledge that you brought happiness to so many of your listeners. 1
Gibbo675
Sad news ! I liked this quip of his which is unfortunately rather poignant ; "I tried living every day as though it was my last, but I found that lying in bed all day slipping in and out of consciousness to be quite tiresome." He was good at black humour. Gibbo.

Guius
Sad news indeed, I'll miss him. He had (and he would agree) the worst singing voice I have ever heard, often used with great hilarity on 'I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue' Guy
Kelly
I was saddened to hear of his death. A funny, witty clever man who by a number of accounts was a good man.

ejstubbs
Very sad news. I feel sorry for the Mornington Crescent sat nav, I don't doubt it will be taking it badly.
