26001 DUTCH LIVERY - EASTFIELD NAMEPLATES

Around 1991 26001 was painted into Engineers Dutch Livery and received 'Eastfield' nameplates.

I've seen pics of the loco with a red background nameplate and also a black background one.

Any ideas which one came first and why the change of colour, or was it a red plate on one side and black on the other ???

Thats great to know, thanks for that, red on both sides I take it ?

It would appear shortly after that they changed them to black as seen below.

Picture below is 1992, approx 1 year after naming.
