34theletterbetweenB&D
Knowing nothing whatsoever about this product, I would suggest the first place to try is the retailer from which it was purchased.
Nearholmer
Several years out of production ..,,....... If no retailer is involved, you might try a gentleman by the name of Allister, contactable by joining the ‘Classic 0 Gauge’ forum. He really knows his onions. Even a retailer who has liability might struggle to find someone to fix it, and might be advised to pass the work to the same person, the difference being that they would pay for the work, rather than you. EDIT: Just remembered, Allister's contact details are here http://www.acetrainslondon.com/repairs.html Depending upon where you live, Terry might be a good contact too, he is also a very skilled repairer. Although this link refers to Ace Trains, I know for sure that Allister certainly repairs modern BL; I'm less certain whether Terry does.
