RMweb Gold Corbs Posted April 5, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted April 5, 2020 (edited) I have some Hornby Class 08* wheels I am trying to use for a project (with mixed success). They came without any crankpin bolts but have threaded holes for the pins. Can anyone tell me what size of bolt I need to buy to fit? Ideally a shouldered bolt that takes the standard size head. The threaded hole itself seems to be smaller than the normal Hornby wheels. Many thanks for any and all help Corbs *Should point out this is the more modern one with outside frames. The wheelsets were the round bearing type. Edited April 5, 2020 by Corbs
RMweb Gold Corbs Posted April 5, 2020 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted April 5, 2020 This fits the thread size but I've no idea what size it is, would like to buy a shouldered version.
