Hi does anyone know where you can buy this camera unit seen it on Facebook and in real life maybe someone done it on a stl file for a 3d printer thanks Paul

The piece of kit actually holds a forward facing camera, a GPS unit and a pair of Lasers mounted at 45 degrees and is owned by Omnicom Balfour Beatty Engineering for use in video and asset data surveys, primarily for the use in Signalling Base and Scheme Plan design. there should also be a rear facing camera on the other end.

 

I believe 37219 is the only loco that has the necessary modifications to carry the equipment.

 

I use the output of the camera and lasers regularly when doing signalling design.
