RMweb Gold Not Jeremy Posted May 7, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 7, 2021 Just published by Lightmoor Press, this is a magnificent record of its subject which contains a large amount of railway interest as well. David didn't see the work completed as he sadly died in 2017, but Neil Parkhouse has done an absolutely corking job in finishing it off for him so that we can all enjoy the results of David's incredible knowledge of the subject. My take on it is here Well done to Neil and Lightmoor for getting this published. Simon 5
RMweb Gold queensquare Posted May 19, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 19, 2021 I shall be treating myself to a copy of this next time I visit the shoffice, looks superb. Might even inspire me to properly finish the William Smith's (Bath Stone) Wharf. Jerry 7
wagonman
Jerry, this might help you. It's also from Lightmoor and has a chapter on Bath Stone wagons... https://lightmoor.co.uk/view-book.php?ref=L8887 (published on 30 May).

I have no excuse now to finish the wharf properly and add a few more PO wagons to my collection. Both books are highly recommended. Jerry 1
