dr5000 + Z21 App Help Required

Hello all,

 

I have a dr5000 and use the z21 app on my Samsung Tablet s6 lite with 4gb ram.

I am connecting to the dr5000 via wifi.

I have added many routes to the z21 app and all of a sudden when i go from control station to normal running i get an error saying z21 is not responding.

I press wait and it works.

Is there a way to fix this error?

No other apps are running on the tablet.

I suggest that you use the 'send feedback' button and fully describe the issue as I suspect it is the power of the phone, plus the number of routes that you have added which is causing the restriction, however only Roco will be able to advise or fix the issue.

 

However, be prepared for them to ignore you as they make the app for use with their z/Z21 and not Digikeijs equipment.
