Class 31 Lights fault

I have recently bought a Heljan Class 31 in Green with SYE.

The headcode lights come on at the back of the loco and don't come on in the direction of travel. The red lights come on at the back and work fine. Is there a simple fix for this?

Is that the "O" gauge version.

Hi, Yes it is O gauge, I don't think they do a 31 in any other scale :)
