Supplier for 8mm or 9mm Spoked OO/HO Bogie Wheels

I would like to replace the disk bogie wheelsets on an HO CP 4-6-0 with spoked wheels.

The existing bogie wheels are 8mm diameter but I think I could fit 9mm without modification.

The chassis is being used for a Sri Lankan B1 Class 4-6-0 loco which had spoked bogie wheels.

 

I have checked most of the on-line UK and NA suppliers I am familiar with but cannot find anything suitable in stock.

Any assistance by RMweb members is appreciated.

 

Note, I am located in Canada so a supplier that has a website and is willing to ship overseas is preferred.
