LS Models CIWL Sleeping Coaches : How to fit lighting?

Does anyone have any experience fitting lighting to LS Models coaches?

 

I have tried a number of different lighting kits (Train Tech, Rapido, Layouts4U) but none of them fit between the roof and the chassis on my CIWL sleeping coaches. 

 

I don’t particularly want to perform invasive surgery on my coaches; I think i’d sooner just forego the lighting altogether.

 

If anyone has any suggestions or tips I would be very grateful.

I'm bumping this as I have the same question, plus one on disassembly. I've acquired a Train Bleu set, and while I have no problem removing the roof or bogies on the coaches, the instructions aren't quite clear on removing the body - I think I can see the clips mentioned at each end, but getting them to release is proving terrifying, considering the possibility of damage. For the lighting itself I plan to try ESU light bars, which can be cut, and are narrow, so I think they may fit. 

 

I'd hoped someone would have answered the OP by now.
