Swapping round Hornby tts sounds?

The Hornby tts P2 sound decoder has a list of 16 different sounds, my old Digitrax DT400 handset only has 12 functions. Is it possible to access the higher functions, or swap say, F7 (CV167, coal shovelling)  for F14 (CV174, guard's whistle), and if so, how?

I've spent the weekend scouring the Internet, and I'm still non the wiser.

You cannot re-map TTS sounds. I'm sure it says that in the blurb somewhere.

so it's not possible to access F14 on a 12 function handset. Never mind, I'll just have to annoy my neighbours by blowing my own guard's whistle.

As a quick update, I built a DCC Ex command station to access the other functions, (and to start updating my dcc capability), to put it politely, the guard's whistle is pants. I'll probably try a better speaker next.
