Just wondering if there is a way of removing excess weathering, just purchased 6 x superb EWS TEA Revolution Wagons which are excellent but they have been over weathered in black and look awful.

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated, thank you.

You could try some white spirit on a cotton bud. If it doesn't work, what have you lost?
