eastworld
I am looking at using Johnson's Klear to secure some coach windows, so I was thinking of applying it using a small brush. What should I use to clean the brush afterwards? Stu

Tim Chambers
"Windolene" is the recommended cleaner(by whom I can't remember, sorry!)Tim.
bertiedog
Meths, de-natured alcohol, alcohol, organic solvents, ammonia, all will shift set Clear on dry brushes. It washes out when still wet. Windolene contains alcohol, which explains it operation. Non-solvent type nail polish remover will also shift it. If the brushes are natural fibres then only leave on just to remove and rinse out afterwards. Nylon brushes will resist the cleaners better. eastworld
Thanks to all. I'm about to start using it and now I can rest assured that my brushes will not become useless! The solution is Klear! Stu
