Today, 17:50 OK guy's , finally got some modelling done. I've looked at those engine room windows on my westerns for some time and thought ,yep like the loco's but i dont like the fact that you can see the wiring through the windowhttp://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/public/style_emoticons/default/icon_mutter.gif http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/public/style_emoticons/default/icon_mutter.gif .So i thought its time i altered it. I have built , what i would describe as window theatre's. These consist of 4x engine and 2x boiler. The engine theatre's are mirrored diagonally (2 windows the same diagonally) and the centre window has the boiler on both sides. It's took a while to work the space out as i have tried to re-create the engine room corridor but leaving enough room for the dcc decoder/sound chip and speaker. I have only just finished so no daylight to take any pics. Will hopefully take some tomorrow. I have done the work on D1018 BUCCANEER because i had only glazed one side,so could see the work with and without glazing.
