jwealleans
Bit of a long shot, but I can't find the answer to this one anywhere else... I was listening to the tapes I made for the car in the later 1980s and found a track I can't identify. I'd like to remake the same compilations on CD (I've changed my car since the 1980s) but I can't find out what this song is. The fits part of the lyric goes: "Don't talk to me about heaven, Just 'cause you got a chance, Except the Magnificent Seven baby, Tough guys don't dance". Anyone else heard of it? RMweb Premium Colin Posted November 30, 2009 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 30, 2009 What sort of music is it? Rock, soul, dance, mainstream pop? The lyrics do sound a bit familiar!
cunningduck
Try letssingit.com it usually works for me.
jwealleans
It's what you'd call 'easy listening', I suppose - fairly relaxed tempo, strings and brass in a fairly sparse arrangement and the (male) vocal is half sung, half spoken. No luck on the lyric site, but I've tried an awful lot of them already.
RMweb Premium Chris116 Posted December 1, 2009 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 1, 2009 Have you tried putting the last line, which could be a title, into YouTube? I found some rather heavy stuff but there may be something that fits what you are looking for. Chris
