Not directly a US question, but as it's for HO this seemed a good place to start.

 

Does anyone make a kit for a concrete deck bridge similar to the one in this picture?

Looks a fairly simple shape to scratch build if not, but worth asking before I have a go.

BLMA do a modern concrete segment bridge - on piers, but the deck might work:

You have to e-mail for info.  They sell cast hydrocal bridge segments typical of Mopac designs which are typical of the design in the picture.
