MarcD
Hi I hope someone can help I'm looking to build a model of Port Carlisle circ 1914-1926. I have been working on some of the rolling stock from photos of Silloth but the photos of Port Carlisle mainly show the "dandy". I have been through the CRA's and Cumbrian Railways webs sites but I was wondering if there was any more info out there. Does anyone know were I could get plans for the station buildings, a trackplan and a working timetable?
'CHARD
Old Maps is always worth a try for track, here: http://www.old-maps.co.uk/maps.html Type Port Carlisle into the search-box. Its co-ordinates seem to be 324500, 562500, and I found maps from 1901 and 1926.
