Shame this offer doesn't roll over to the digital magazine. I stopped buying paper mags a long time ago as digital is far more convenient, and it's annoying that to take advantage of any special subscription offers I have to take a (in my opinion) backwards step into the world of paper and storage and delivery.

Are there any plans for these kind of subscription offers to be rolled out to digital magazine customers?

Sorry Mark and Peter. The reason our gifted subs offers are aimed at print subscribers and not digital subscribers is down to two reasons:

1. Our digital subscriptions are much cheaper than print subscriptions. For example, if you take out a 12-month digital subscription you're paying around £2.25 an issue, compared to approx £3.50 an issue for a print subscription (depending on the offer price).

2. Our digital subscriptions are fulfilled by an external company called MagCloner. Due to data protection laws we/they can't share data. We're working on this and hope to have it resolved going forward.

Sorry, but I hope this explains this a little.

Is there any reason why we can't take advantage of the subscription offers for posting to Ireland.  Saw the offer in the July issue for the scenery products, DVD and book, but It says UK only when you go on-line to try and subscribe,.. though  BRM is available for sale in some stores over here in the Emerald Isle.

Regards.

J.
