St. Simon
Hi, I'm researching for a winter project to create some engineering trains, but I'm having some trouble identifying a certain wagon type: https://www.flickr.com/photos/47843_vulcan/6461601379/in/photolist-gikGKv-nzSoi9-aqXP7A-fEShjY-e5d7ii-oMCfmJ-omRrgt-8UsgyQ-aiqBnh-nBVFVR-nipx2r-ngF1id-ngm89c-niq7J6-ngmf3U-nipjWe-ngFAGJ-ngCPMi-ngD6P8-neB4rQ-neAqCu-ch9RwQ-nKcchp-o1WGD7-baazNn-aQZoYk-fNnm7T-ciLSJo-bxtMF3-8MQd1i-azgHn5-o5PrUd-eke7my-kXPV6N-chgmJA-nmrCWp-oFF8M4-bn9wLt-azgGKS-ax4kPx-amf3Bx-ixnE8f-oPCe7d-e76S8L-dyKA7K-eNyn6x-oDEmpF-ixnae1-8FhtRV-chgnfY What are the two wagons on the rear of this train, and how would I go about modelling them? Thanks in advance! Simon

Wild Boar Fell
Simon, I think they are converted YLA Mullets, if so they tend to have a few just south of Nottingham in the yard where they keep the tilting point wagons (along with Perch Power wagons). https://c1.staticflickr.com/9/8454/8067780349_331dbbbcd2_z.jpg But with extra cages added, and bolsters removed. Cambrian's C28 looks a reasonable starting point. Regards, Wild Boar Fell

Fat Controller
Here's a shot from Martyn Read's site:- http://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRahttp://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRailRollingstock/Y-Tops-codes/YQA-Parr-sleeper-carriers/i-jvvCXV7/AilRollingstock/Y-Tops-codes/YQA-Parr-sleeper-carriers/i-jvvCXV7/A The modules seemed to be based around 20' containers (or at least the floors thereof) . The mesh might be difficult to source; I think Intercity Models used to do (or at least had on their web-site..) some sides for OAA conversions which were similar in concept. The same modules have also been used on former 'Freightliner' flats; there are more detail shots here which might be of interest:- http://ukrailwaypics.smugmug.com/UKRailRollingstock/F/FJA-Tench-bogie-engineers/
