Phil Howe
Just to let you all know, I picked up boxes of 24 PVA and 24 small glue sticks in Hobbycraft's ValueCrafts range from the Swindon store, only £2 a box! OK, so they're probably not the best on the market but at that price I couldn't resist. All the glues in the range were reduced including CA and tape pens for 50p a pop. RMweb Premium ELTEL Posted January 2, 2015 RMweb Premium Share Posted January 2, 2015 Beware if using Hobbycraft PVA for ballasting as it seems watered down compared with primary brands.
RMweb Gold Rowsley17D Posted January 26, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 26, 2015 The HC small glue sticks dry very quickly once you have spread it on paper etc.
philnet
My main glue for card modelling is the Hobbycraft tacky glue, It does the job and grabs pretty quickly. Those glue sticks are a bargain as I use them to stick the paper onto backing card when card modelling.
