A question regarding West Park/Express Dairies liveries.

I did check the search engine on the forum but I did not find exactly what I was looking for.

My question is when would have West Park Dairy have become a part of Express Dairies? I assume that it would have been prototypical to run a milk working with tankers with the old West Park and new Express dairies livery (if GWRRob does it, it must be okay  )

Thank you in advance.

According to Mike King's "Southern Coaches", the West Park Dairy livery was never carried. WPD had become part of Express Dairy by the time the vehicles built at Ashford had been completed in April 1935. Unless there were other WPD vehicles built elsewhere and before this time, the livery is effectively fictional - but that hardly matters in relation to other things modellers permit.
