Hello to all on RMWeb, my name is Tex and I live on the north east coast of Tasmania. I've decided to get back into the model railway world since my teenage years. I will be modelling in GWR LMS early BRw, just waiting for garage to be cleared out before I can begin. I do have a track plan "subject to change" on a through station with small factory siding, mixed freight and passenger services. I'am on a pension so has to be low budget, on saying this I have started some buildings in card (my own designs) and modified Hornby RTP. I do have photo's but they are very poor quality, so hope to have some soon on the (show us your scratch builds). Also I'm trying to do all the scenic's with what I can find in nature and well rubbish I guess? We are lucky here in Taz as the country side is simular (in some places) to the Midlands, Wales areas of England as well as the English architecture. Oh it will be modelled in 00 scale. Hope to be part of this group of "mortals" on this web as it has so much information and most of all inspiration to both young and old. Cheer's up ya kilt Tex. (age 52)
