kintbury jon
Hello. I've come across a problem with one of my class 56's. The headlights are only working on one direction and neither of the red lights are working. When you move the 3 pins across the brass plate(by the cab) they do flicker a little but will not stay on permanently. This implies a connection issue but when you wire the LEDs to the PCB directly (avoiding the potentially dodgy connection) they still do not work. This problem has reminded me about a similar problem I have had with the dummy car from my HST that has done the same. Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a solution? John Boughton
This is my second attempt at building a large oo gauge modern era model railway. The model is called GLEBE ROAD JUNCTION and after building the first in the shed i have decided to insulate the loft and build it into a model railway room measuring 18x12ft. I have been building this layout for around two months now and have done a lot of work to it so far. You can also see my layout on youtube including trains running and updates on the layout to tutorials.
John Boughton
If you have not already viewed GLEBE ROAD JUNCTION then get your self of to Youtube, the attention to detail on this layout is second to non, every thing has been thought of and picked out, at times it's hard to believe your watching models, as the weathering of Loco's & Wagons is very real, the hard work on the layout is complemented by good narration & camera work, hybridangel77 has produced a series of "How to" videos along with the usual "Train Spotting" ones all of which captivate & cheat the viewer into believing there watching the real thing, don't take my word for it go and have a look for yourself Great Work, Well Done!
