gordon s
Hi Andy, I tried to open your link and it completely locked up my Mac desktop. I couldn't close the page, couldn't exit anything and eventually had to switch off the machine. Thankfully it's come back on and no damage has been done that I can see. This is the message that came up on the screen and caused the whole machine to lock up. Is it OK for others? I'm using a Mac and Safari. Any ideas? gordon s
Just tried it in Firefox as per Ian J and it has opened. It certainly didn't like a Mac/Safari combination..... Using Adobe 11.0.

RMweb Gold Metr0Land Posted May 1, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 1, 2015 Which version of FF are you using? 37.0.2 though it seems to change almost daily now. Is it owned by Adobe?
RMweb Premium Ian J. Posted May 1, 2015 RMweb Premium Share Posted May 1, 2015 37.0.2 though it seems to change almost daily now. Is it owned by Adobe? OK. Have you got FF setup to call out to Adobe Acrobat to handle pdfs? On my system I'm letting FF do pdfs internally.
RMweb Gold Metr0Land Posted May 1, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 1, 2015 OK. Have you got FF setup to call out to Adobe Acrobat to handle pdfs? On my system I'm letting FF do pdfs internally. Sorry but I haven't the faintest idea what this sentence means!
gordon s
Just checked my Firefox. Go to preferences, then applications and scroll down to Portable Document Format. In the next column headed Action, there is a drop down menu. My Firefox would open the pdf if Preview in Firefox was selected. Using 'Use Adobe Reader' caused it to crash again with the same message re Invalid Colourspace. If you have Adobe Reader selected, change it to Preview in Firefox and it should work. I have no idea why it crashes when Adobe is selected….
