Identification on Manufacturer of building kit

Can anybody here identify the manufacturer of this US, (0scale I believe) Craftsman wood kit? I need to contact the makers to do an HO version, or a similar structure to my own design, but I do not want to step on a copyright design.

The Jpeg refers to "Mr Manns", the name on the building and this may identify the kit. I thought it might have been a Stoney Creek design, but drew a blank there.

I only managed to find one reference on Google but for some reason, that was not to the manufacturer's site. The link I found went to a narrow gauge site in the States where there must have been one for sale in the past which showed the name Cedarhill http://www.on30trainsets.com/buildings/
