A wonderful picture, and I hope there is a special place in Hell for those of the Bure Valley Railway who bulldozed it so they could play with their toy trains.     If the picture is 1880, it must be shortly after opening.    As for the locomotive, we must picture it in black.   It could be an Adams Class 61, or, indeed, the earlier Johnson Class 134.
