Wilbert the Forest Engine - A fundraising appeal

Dear All,

The Dean Forest Railway Society has, this evening, begun a new fundraising appeal for much needed boiler refurbishment to our resident 0-6-0ST Hunslet Austerity 'Wilbert'. Wilbert was featured in it's own Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends story (series no. 38) and has been a regular performer on the DFR Since the 1980's, but now needs major work to steam again.

You can donate as little or as much as you like, and there rewards on offer depending on the amount donated. The initial target is £5000, which will kick the project in the right direction, however we have a maximum of £10,000 which will almost completely pay for the work.
