It has been just over 10 months since I have posted anything about Doncaster. Platforms are being replaced, point motors changed and rolling stock added to and improved. I suspect that most of you know this layout but a few will not. For now I will post a link to the original thread on the old RMWeb. I will add more recent photos and links to videos later.

Hey 50 042

Glad you decided to return with this layout - thanks.

I recall the many images, videos (and even on train videos) from before - but I still can't get my head around the scale of this layout.

Do you have any pictures that might show and overall view please. I know it might spoil the illusion - but it would be good to see.

Thanks again

Stuart

So - it is quite large then.

Fantastic stuff thanks.

Can I ask if you would mind sharing how you get your videos to

a) show on screen as a video still rather than a URL limk to say Youtube.

B) actually run in frame without having to go to a 3rd party hosting site.

Very slick

I wish I knew !

All I have done is posted the link expecting it to just be a clickable link, but instead I have ended up with the Youtube window in my posts. Maybe someone else can explain how it is done / what I have done !!

Best regards

Wayne

Very nice layout & videos - thanks for sharing.

My sort of layout - plenty of action, just like the real Doncaster early 70's.

Can you show a drivers eye view ? (Prefarably from a Deltic).
