New Cambrian kits + fine chain

Here's a picture of the SECR 10ton van that was recently added to our range:

This is kit C98.

 

We now have stocks of the fine chain, as used in our GWR Crane kit. This is approx. 33 links per inch, and 1 metre long. It is pre-blackened. It is quite expensive - at shows we'll sell half metre lengths, if you don't need a metre.

This shows 33 links, not at real size - if you download the image, and resize it until it is 26mm wide on your screen, you can see how small it is.

 

Coming up:

two LMS vans: C101 D1832A ventilated and C102 D1663 unventilated - early 9foot wb types with steel ends. Available second half of September.

 

Tooling is under way on the Sturgeon kit.

Sometime later: SR "Borail" wagons, two types with diamond and cast bogies. Pre-production model:

No release date yet (only the solebar/side/truss moulding has been started on).
