Andy Y
In light of today's news that Coventry FC have reached agreement with the owners of the Ricoh Arena to return to the football side of the stadium on 05 September and a second home match on Saturday 13 September. We have received assurances as follows that we will be impacted as little as possible and will receive priority on such issues as parking (still free) etc. .As you may have seen there has been some great news with regard to Coventry City Football Club returning to the Ricoh Arena.I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you, it is very much business as usual. We value our clients and the business they bring to us therefore your event will take priority and will not be affected. The Ricoh Arena was built to serve as a multi-purpose venue therefore our team here at the Ricoh Arena are looking forward to fulfilling this ambition and will continue to work hard to deliver a number of exciting events in the forthcoming year. We will keep you updated with developments as they happen as we have a meeting with the management during next week.Courtesy buses will be available from the Station as previously discussed.Initial advice from me is that if you can come on Sunday do so or if you're coming Saturday; come early! Don't be put off; we'll make sure you're provided for every way we can.
