First time I've used Tower Models for many a year - ordered 2 hard to come by wagons yesterday, delivered today. Very good service & pleasant to talk to on the phone too. Highly recommend!

Any ideas on supplier for OO Laser cut Box Profile Cladding please? Need something pretty rigid for a fair sized Exhibition Hall/shed model that is probably going to get poked & prodded & manhandled so was hoping for MDF or Ply. Thanks.

Definitely still there - walked past yesterday and there appeared to be someone in the shop. Several signs in the window stating the shop is closed but still trading on ebay.

Colletts Models have the cranes at a tad more - £193.50.

If anyone is interested - the Station Masters Rooms also have a few of these available at £495 each - showing as used but I suspect they are new due to the quantity available & recent release of the model.

I'm currently waiting on a refund having purchased 2 wagons (showing 7 in stock at the time of purchase) & then 5 days later get an email to say out of stock. I was dubious buying from them to start with having read a review or 2 - certainly wont be going back.

MBNA have put a credit on my account subject to DJ Models not contesting my claim in the next 45 days!

Tried a PayPal 180 day refund before and PayPal told me it was just a gimmick and they rarely payout.... However - PayPal payments are (or definitely used to be) classed as a direct debit by the bank and I have claimed back a PayPal payment under the Direct Debit guarantee. May be worth persuing. I paid deposits for 2 so hoping my credit card co. dont give me too much grief.

A box from Ireland arrived just as i was leaving for work. Only had time for a quick glance at one but it looks mighty fine!

They Look superb. I'll be getting my wallet out in the morning for a full rake of 8.

I haven't seen a thread for this shop on here so here goes. Dave, the owner, keeps a very good selection of the smaller bits & pieces, Plasticard, Paints, Kits, Kadees, Scenery Items etc. Also loads of Peco track, a few O gauge wagon kits - saw some 009 in there too I think! He will order in Bachmann, Hornby, Dapol Rolling stock as he has for me (picked up my Colas 70 & Anglia Sound fitted 47 today - first time I had been in) as he doesn't keep much there at all. Don't expect Box Shifter prices but a friendly, knowledgeable welcome. He also has other models - cars, tractors, Aircraft, Thunderbirds etc. so something for everyone. Disclaimer - I do know the owner from a previous life - but only found out about his model shop earlier this year - pay him a visit!

Well it all turned up. Class 60 was damaged so they have sent a second damaged one..... grrrr. That said the class 20 is a beauty. Runs lovely up & down 6 ft of track. Need more space.

Looks like my credit card is taking a £1300 hit & I'm going O Gauge! 16 wagons, a 20 & a 60. Been looking at the 60 for a while but the bargain wagons has swung it for me.

Missed mine today. Different postie decided not to use our parcel safe box so off to the PO tomorrow for the wife - was hoping she wouldn't see this one!

MIne was No. 16 according to the website. Received today.

They have emailed today to say they are in tomorrow so hopefully by Friday they will be on our doorsteps. I've not used them before but have got to say they have been very good at updating progress.

Mine arrived today. Shame the Royal Mail Rugby Club weren't available on saturday to play against France - I think they were busy practicing how to handle my order. Box is damaged though it was in another sturdy box. Grrrr.
