    Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre is proud to be back with its model railway exhibition for 2022 . We’re only a couple of weeks away from our annual Model Railway Exhibition. It will be held on the weekend of 9th/10th July. Site entrance is free which will include access to… The Heritage café. Resident layouts courtesy of Ruddington MRS. Nottingham Society of Model Engineers subject to weather Nottingham Area Bus Society vehicles on display Ruddington MRS club sales GCR Bridging the gap project. On site parking is available for the fee of £2 per vehicle. (Cash only) Entrance to the exhibition which will be inside the new bus building is £5.00 for adults with accompanied under 16’s free and will feature the following… Layouts:- Norman Colliery - British/Industrial 0 gauge.     The model railway exhibition hosted by the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre (formally Great Central Railway Nottingham) is back this year after a 2 year gap on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th July doors open at 10:00 until 16:00 both days. This year will see a mixture of layouts from many different scales and periods, some of the visiting layouts include Ilkeston Town & Norman Colliery. Our resident Ruddington station layout will be open courtesy of Ruddington Model Railway Club. Trade support includes Anoraks anonymous & TTC Diecast. Also onsite the NSMEE ride on trains will be operating, the heritage café will be open for meals and drinks and the Nottingham Area Bus Society will have their vehicles on display over the weekend. Admission to the site is free. Admission to the model railway exhibition as follows: Adults £5 under 16 free with an accompanying adult.
