  1. really nice photos and i really like the one of the 37 in front of the fuel tanks. i think acturly the garage door looks like one of those big gas accumulators. i thought it was that on the backscene befor i read the text.
  2. looking great as ever! i really like the shots of the 31 too. my vitrains class 47 came like that too, i have a gray/red triangle, railfraight one. i think the foam in the boxes is to soft compaired with Heljan for example. so it moves about abit and the bits catch and break. i just found the bits of buffer in the box and with abit of careful glueing got it back together. other than that i have found the loco runs really well once run-in. cheers neil
  3. for pigments and powders, you can get a fixing solution. i have used often one by MIG PRODUCTIONS, they do powders and millitery modeling kits, but i'm sure some will come in useful for trains too.its put on by brush, drys matt and no need to varnish over.
  4. that new bits looking brilliant. nice weathering. i wasnt sure about the slabs at first, thought they stood out to much but i think they work now they are weathered in. as for wishin gthe board was bigger...... umm, who doesn't arrive at thinking that???
  5. yet again.... wow! that dis-used track looks just right. the greenery is certainly not over done, infact in alot f cases i feel greenery is underdone on layouts, compaired with how fast nature re-claims ground in real-life and befor the mass weedkilling/ flail mowing that we have now. yours does look spot on.
  6. well i've just clicked through this whole thread and i think you should certainly be banned!! those locos and rolling stock are amazing!! i've not really seen much O scale stuff befor but they are very tempting, the detailing is really good. this rtisks to get expencive, haha! no really keep posting pics, they are amazing, i'm looking forward to seeing the shunter finished.
  7. Your layout is amazing! please keep the photos coming. i have just ordered myself a class 45. where do you get/ who makes, the tail lamps for carrages? (white with a red lamp) i cant find them anywhere, though i have only found a limited number of shops online. cheers neil
  8. your layout photos look good but i cant see them fullsize, dont know why...
