  1. KIRLEY JUNCTION - H & W Diesel #28 A model of Harland & Wolff’s large diesel locomotive made by Gareth Brennan. It started life with the BCDR but then went to the UTA. It was still used as a shunter over more modern locomotives. Unable to identify the taker of the photograph
  2. I bought the QGT as a scratch built brass body (maker unknown) and added a Jinty chassis. Thanks for the technical point, every day is a leaning day.

  5. CIE Covered Wagon 15147-16812 Series A JMD kit I picked up from Leslie McAllister at the Bangor Show, not really a kit, very simple to put together.
  6. IRM Mk2 NIR Coaches in the Corporate livery First run out for these coaches in what IRM call the corporate livery. GM NIR 112 at the head of the Enterprise set. Had to include an MIR Gen Van to complete the set in this livery.
  7. KIRLEY JUNCTION - Shunting at Belfast MV Class #109 on shunting duties.
  8. North Down Model Railway Show Helped on Patrick Davey's layout Brookhall Mill at the weekend and of course had to get some of Provincial Wagons new offerings, ex GNRI Bagged Cement Vans under CIE logo.
  9. KIRLEY JUNCTION -NIR GM + Mk2 Enterprise Set. GM #111 with the new IRM Mk2's, also showing is the Hunslet on local service and IR's #071 with Mk 2's , Murphy Models coaches.
  10. NIR Hunslets with Mk2 coaches. [New IRM coaches]
  11. IRM Mk2's - NIR BSGV Fantastic detail you can only really see after you remove the coach body.
  12. KIRLEY JUNCTION – NIR 62’ Rail bogie Wagons. I saw Anthony Smith’s conversion years ago and got some white-metal wagon cranes to do the same. I got some bogies from IRM last Oct and talked Gareth Brennan into doing the job. He scratch-build the wagons and did a beautiful job except they were too clean. All I did was a bit of weathering and added some rails.
  13. NIR Railcars In Suburban Livery 80 Class #67 & Castle Class #454
