  1. No hardship, we’ve seen their black five so maybe not a bad thing letting someone else do some Southern stuff.
  2. You forgot bloater in all that fishy business.
  3. A bit early for your usual modelling period my old Janner although they are lovely models.
  4. Found it but don't try ringing the number to order some coal... 🤣
  5. Certainly John @checkrail although my photos were lost in the RMweb crash. POWsides do a six plank wagon , Beer and Co. of Kingsbridge, a local coal merchant with the option of two running numbers [No1 and 2 ] in both transfers and kit. There's a very nice advert somewhere . https://www.powsides.co.uk/search.php/kingsbridge
  6. There’s a rather nice photo of the Kingsbridge coal wagon in an early newsletter by the Great Western Study Group. Researched by Steve Manchip , maybe @RapidoCorbs could do it for us in their range.
  7. POWsides have a long waiting list at the moment, not a great service.
  8. Apart from Gibson wheels, what treatment will these get John @checkrail
  9. Love those van C 's @Tony Teague and always handy to tag on for operational interest. I have a couple that are filthy.
  10. My mistake, it’s on page 1936 of the A Nod To Brent thread @Wickham Green too
  11. @BenL commented on these a few pages back that he thought Rapido had done a good job of representing them.
  12. Maybe 30A fuse wire would be the better option then.
  13. Look right to me and having used them they are a superb casting easily fitted with the glue of your choice. http://www.lanarkshiremodels.com/lanarkshiremodelsandsupplieswebsite_181.htm
  14. Their steel heads are also always out of stock too.
  15. That's one of the best recreations of the Dean-Churchward brake handle I've seen on a model.
  16. Look out for Andy York's @AY Mod review of these in the May issue of BRM.
  17. Seen on Facebook and we see Grange class 6880 Betton Grange looking splendid in the spring sunshine. A lot of hard work, patience and deep pockets from those involved to get to this point.
  18. Cruel in close up as we now see my old Wrenn loriot with its plough load now tied down using rigging rope. Looking forward to doing something similar with my LMS liveried lowmac when released.
  19. I'm currently working on an old Wrenn model and looking forward to doing something similar on the Rapido lowmac.
  20. The Replica version is the same colour as the Rapido model. Did you see that photo in Google images of one in the siding at Pontypool Road.
  21. A bump for this thread for a video from Sam's Trains I was hoping Bachmann would do another run of these to give another running number but I don't think the first batch has sold out. I agree with his view of the Cromwell tank and would rather the model came without it. Interesting price comparison with the Hatton's/Accurascale warwell.
  22. @Wickham Green too suggested it was a wartime measure and banana traffic specific.
