  1. Apparently its better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission...
  2. Hi Phil, Beresford Junction is looking great, a lot of progress since when I last had a look. I just have a quick question about those LEDs you have in the lower level - do you reckon they could be used as proper layout lighting, or are they too blue-white to represent outside lighting conditions?? Also (you may know this already) a while back there was an article in model rail about steel loads, i think it included stuff on BDA loads and also straps/chains for holding loads down. Thanks, Alex
  3. How about very carefully scoring a sheet of brick plasticard???
  4. That might be a bit over the top for a road that might hardly be seen!!! Alex
  5. Hi Phil, I like your bridge a lot and might have to "borrow" the construction method I reckon that it would look a little strange to have the backboard right up against the bridge. Having the lorries on it makes it look more believable and also adds a little extra depth to the scene. Also the trucks mean that you don't need to worry about the join between the scenic area and tha backboard!!! Alex
  6. I agree, but Factory lane is clogged up enough with only 7 locos and 14 wagons, and I'm not done yet...
  7. That depends on the size of the layout!!! Alex
  8. Looking good so far. Will follow with interest, Alex
