  1. How about an N scale Bullied 4 Sub emu? The prototype ran on all sections of the southeast dc 3rd rail system ? Just needs a visit to Margate......... Gerry
  2. Travelling between Faversham and Bromley the other day I noticed that some of the Southeastern units had their 1st Class yellow markings removed. Another livery variant...... Gerry
  3. Hi I have a library of about 85 hardback books that I have collected over the years which cover a geographical spread across the USA. The collection is of my interests following travels there and a particular interest in passenger trains before Amtrak. I had intended to approach the only specialist secondhand USA railroad bookseller in the UK, Linda Tinker secondhand books, but that company is closing down and I am now at a loss as to how to dispose of them elsewhere here in the UK. Has anyone experience of the secondhand market for these, if any? Gerry Baldwin
  4. Hi Thank you so much for not only restoring the images but for reuniting me with your excellent layout. Gerry Baldwin

  9. I would consider the Electrostars a no brainer and also the 4 Sub which was ubiquitous South of the Thames. Oh, and there's one to scan too.... Just saying.
  10. I'm probably repeating myself but would MK1 suburban emus be attractive? I know that there were differences between the various designs In AC and DC but some had later lives working away from their original haunts......... Gerry
