  1. Really looking forward to getting my hands on one in the new year.
  2. With the exception of the DBSOs weren't the coaches Mk2e type rather than Mk2f? Wouldn't bother me, but it may (or may not) be a factor.
  3. I'd expect a GBRf liveried class 60 to be included.
  4. The NR 31 should have extra lighting fitted, but will this be working lighting or purely cosmetic?
  5. Unless I've missed it somewhere, the new 168/170/171 DMUs are omitted from the listings.
  6. Either/both FGW/GWR liveries would be good for me please.
  7. Gonna be an expensive year for DRS modellers, with Accurascale & Hattons Originals both offering a plethora of DRS locomotives.
  8. Rails of Sheffield has announced a twin pack of class 33 DRS mini-modal locos, with an expected delivery of Q2 2020. More now on my wanted list.
  9. A quick question from me, will the locos be produced with or with the 3rd rail gear? Thanks
  10. Which just proves you can't please all of the people, all of the time.
  11. Fran, two posts up your illustration shows 37607 twice. Are there detail differences between the two, (or is it just your favourite)?
  12. It's to be hoped Hornsby isn't planning to include a 37/6 in their schedule.
  13. Great news and really does fill a gap in the market. After a bit if thinking/planning, I selected a DRS TMD for my new layout; how good is that?
  14. Is there not room for new tooling to produce a steam, a diesel and an electric to please everyone? Unlikely I know as their modern offering is non-existent to poor, so I'd expect it to be primarily steam. Through this thread there have been quite a few contrary arguments, so I'd ask the question should manufacturers announce when they will make announcements?
  15. What's clear from those in the know, there are many variations in sub-class and even individual locos, which is very interesting. This must make life really difficult for those creating sound files. Speaking as a very average modeller, I'm not about to get hung up over such detail, though I can't deny I do like differing sounds from a loco class. As an example, on my old Scottish layout my 37/0s had a different start up to my 37/4s.
  16. Had a reply from Bachmann today, with a list of codes. Error code 14 is shown as a "reading error". I already knew that, I just need to know what to do next.
  17. Hello. I've just replaced my old Gaugemaster Prodigy with a Dynamis Ultima and two of my locos are playing dead. Both worked fine with the Prodigy, but not now. One is a new Dapol 68 and the other a Bachmann 221. I've tried reading the chip on the service track, but I'm getting error code 14. All other locos are working fine. I've looked on the internet but can't find a list of error codes, so if anyone can post a link that would be really good. Any other suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
  18. Can someone please advise when the signage on SWT changled from the white signs with the swoosh, to the blue signs with site lettering? Thanks.
  19. Post 2000 what liveries has the class carried?
  20. Cheers SWT442, quite some photos there. Just now I'm split between my layout going recent SWT + maybe XC and/or GW or late in the NSE period, though it seems there is some overlap. Certainly it will be a mix of DMUs & EMUs. I've also got a small depot/fuelling point, hence the question about freight companies.
  21. Thanks Ian. I know SWT made a variation to the NSE, with their orange stripe. Did any other TOCs do anything similar?
  22. Hi, I'm after some information regarding the timing of the end of Network South East & the introduction of freight services from EWS & Freighliner and wondering if there was any overlap between them. I also seem to recall some private passenger services began before NSE concluded activities, though that may be my memory playing tricks! Any clarification much appreciated.
