O keep getting calls asking for a Wain Bedford, now if I get a call from a number I don't recognise I let it ring out then if I can be bothered look up the number, most times it's a spam call.

I have some Slaters plastikard bought over 30 years ago that is as good as when bought, and have some plasticicard bought 5 years ago that is unusable. Which indicates a different formulation, the Slaters version was an ICI product, where does it come from now? is the question.

Certainly around here illegall number plates are by no means unusual, it's rare not to see several go past while waiting for the bus. -
About the only thing I am squeamish about is injuries to fingers or toes, so Richard's incident really gave me the shudders. Hope you're feeling better HH.

A friend of mine found out the hard way that trying to catch a bull by his ring with his middle finger was not a good idea. Apart from the phantom pain he said that picking eggs up was weird, it felt like his finger was inside the egg.

The pre-mix companies will send part loads, but they charge for the full load. If you have a suitable container you can go and collect from the plant. The little 4 wheel trucks that you see buzzing around with capacities of 2 or 3 metres charge for 6 metres.
