At noon today, HM The Queen will unveil a memorial dedicated to the aircrew of Bomber Command. In 1942, the then head of Bomber Command, Sir Arthur Harris said: '" The Nazis entered this war under the rather childish delusion that they were going to bomb everyone else, and nobody was going to bomb them.
