    One does not realize the time and effort that goes into repairing, restoring and operating a full sized train until you have been a part of it

      It's not too different for TOCS and FOCS running old BR kit. Frequently we'd having to source spares from places like Harry Needle, refurb old parts, as well as getting parts especially manufactured as the Unipart spares run out.
