Moderately related topic: I made a GWR 4-6-0T out of the 4600 tank. I’m aware the coal capacity looks small, but perhaps the boiler is just really efficient

I specifically chose the I1X because it had smaller wheels than the I3, but was still as successful

I return with another edit: a Robinson Mogul made out of an LNER D9

Another edit I made is this probably incredibly impractical 4-10-0 “Super Mastodon” Hush-Hush. I call it “The Humpback.”

Again, not sure how this one would work, but I imagine it would be a nightmare to clean and maintain, would accelerate like a lambo, and would burn through coal like a fat guy at a buffet. On top of all that, it’d probably also be difficult to drive because of its acceleration, novice crews snapping couplings like with the GER Decapod

I’m sure y’all have seen the Hornby “Baby E2,” since every model train enthusiast starts with a ready-to-run 0-4-0, but why is it called the Baby E2? You don’t call the regular E2 the “Adult E2.”

So I decided to create the “Adult E2,” an 0-8-0T

In a similar vein of 8-coupled engines, I cobbled together “Berkshire James.” Originally an LYR class 28 mogul experiment, now the largest rigid-frame tank engine ever to run in the UK.

I believe this idea has been done before, but I made a 4-8-0 A4, or a T2. I’m not sure how it would perform, but it looks nice

A dude in a Discord I’m in was gonna model this engine from the RWS, and said it was an N7. I pointed out it had extended side tanks, and he was disgusted at the thought.

Then I made an edit, and even he had to admit it looks good. Thoughts?
