Hi guys
Sorry it has been a while so I thought I would give you all an update on what has been going on in my life.
I have decided to take some time out as I was hoping to move house and I would have to destroy the layout so thought it would be a waste of time doing anymore work to it. So far moving house has fallen through three times as I lost my job last year after 23 years but I am positive I will be moving within the next few months.
It is true that I have sold most of my locos...well all the modern stock has gone and I am left with all the 80's stuff. So once me and my family are settled into our new abode I will think about starting a new layout set around the 80's. Glebe road still stands in my loft but has not been touched in a very long time but did feature in last months model rail magazine which I thought was a nice send off.
My plan is to try and save the new TMD section I built last and build my new layout around this section but this will not be happening anytime soon but it will happen.
I also wanted to thank everyone on here for their support and friendship during the build of GRJ and hopefully I can catch up with you all once again sometime in the near future......peace out!!!

Next up is this Bachmann class 66 (66522) in Shanks freightliner livery. This loco is one of the most rarest locos around and i paid a fair few quid for it. This is the non sound edition and is Dcc fitted. It is fresh from the box and has only been run a couple of times. It also comes with the Bachmann exclusive edition certificate and the box is in good condition.
£180.00 plus £6.00 recorded delivery.

Big Sale!!!
Hi all
After a long debate i have decided to sell all my modern locos and rolling stock to concentrate on the 80's-90's stock.
It looks as tho i may be moving house in the near future so Glebe Road Junction will have to be ripped up and once i move house i will build another layout to suit the older stock.
So before i put my modern stock onto Ebay i wanted to post it here on Rmweb to give you guys first refusal.
Listed below is the list of stock and most are weathered by me apart from a couple which are still fresh from the box plus all come Dcc fitted apart from one.
So if any take your fancy please leave a message or pm me and i will get back to you.

Hi all
Sorry i have not added any updates for a while but i have been away on my family holiday. The layout had it's photo shoot on Wednesday this week so it will hopefully feature in the Model rail magazine towards the end of the year and will notify you all what month it will be when i find out.

Hi Terry,
I enjoyed the video, but noticed a lot of brake ends and first class coaches behind your class 25. you really need a few more 2nd class and a few less brakes.
Nice pics of the new section round the concrete bridge, that area is really coming together very well I do like that class 86 too, always thought that livery suited them.
Cheers Peter.
Yeah i have too many brake coaches but the other coaches are not easy to get hold of.

Thanks Terry. Yes it will be fully scenic, Aberdeen Kirkhill is my source of inspiration. Love that layout.
Yes it's a fantastic layout and have seen it a few times at exhibitions. Will you be adding a shed or any buildings to the area?
