Dave, can you not fill the oversize holes with bits of brass tube and and redrill to the correct size. If nobody shouts out for it, post it to me and I will see if I can do anything for you.

Jim, I have read on one of your posts that John Boyle has died. 

I knew John for a long time and had the pleasure of his company and his hospitality staying at his home when he lived in Cheltenham. He had a couple of my wagons from me when I worked in fine scale. He was always ready to help sending drawings or photographs and castings or etch parts.

I use to bump into him at exhibitions all over the country and share our love of old engines and wagons.

How sad.
