Hi all, I think I've asked this before but I forgot the answer (sigh). On the side of wagons on the Cyprus Government Railway, there's lettering - one set is the tonnage: "L 10 TONS" Under that is, to me, a mysterious "T 4 98". Can someone tell me what this was likely to be? I want to get some transfers printed and I'd like the lettering to be plausible.

It turns out it's because I'm in Cyprus; if I put the location as UK, they appear. For some reason, they can't ship to Cyprus.

Lais Decoders aren't listed on AliExpress anymore. Anyone know what's happened or know of an alternative cheap DCC decoders?

Since Brexit, it's become much more complicated and expensive to buy stuff from the UK and get it sent to Cyprus. What EU model shops do people use? It's scratch building stuff I find very difficult to source - actually, 009 wagon bogies is what I'm struggling to find.
