  1. Hello Sulzer

I have them in my watch list may go for a set .

The person i purchased the 47 from may have the old tanks but can not find at the moment so Peakdale Works ones will be my other option for now .

    Thanks for your replies

Cheers man, the roof is where the detail is at on the 92 and since we spend most of our time looking down on our models it was critical to get it spot on and go to town on it.

That's not to say we haven't gone to town on the rest of the loco. We have, but what has gone before just hasn't cut it roof wise, so it was essential we do it justice! There is plenty of detail around the bogies and battery boxes etc too.

Of course, we also had to do the new Dellner fitted 92s to go with our Mark 5s, fully modified bufferbeam as per the correct locos of course.

    OMG

WOW, cant describe how good they look. Probably the best detail i have seen in a model. !00/10 rating on looks, certainly looks like a load of time is spent into this project :) .

*hinting* (Just need a stobart livery confirmed and my pre-order will be straight in ;))

  3. Hello

Looking for a side vent from Hornby class 31 .Its the large one on the side under the roof fan .The one with vertical slats .

The loco i have is R2421 in Dutch livery .So their must be some out their as so many have been destroyed buy the bad chassis .

Even a complete scrap body .

    Thanks

    Neil

  4. Well still no luck .

    The sound is olivias trains

I spoke to Neil . and he said he is not familiar with the Elite .

He said i could send the decoder back to him for a re blow .But i might get biffos sound installed and give that a go .

Everything that you have suggested has been tried .

    Elite reset and installed v1.44

F10 pressed and held .. sound comes on then off even when held down .

F10 pressed black dot on screen reads 0 screen shows F10-F19  sound comes on then off without repressing

So does anyone have an elite with a loco with flange squeal that they can test and see what happens .

    Taken from Olivias web site

    Class 70 v4 sound

    F10:  Flange Squeal.*

    * F10 & F13 are only speed dependent.

Hope this helps to help me

    Thanks

  5. Firmware is up to date

If i press F0 my lights stay on if i press F1 my engine sound stays on .So i would like my F10 button to do the same .

Flank squeal should stay on but as i go faster it should then stop .

I believe it is called latching . button press on button press off .

How do i do this on the Elite ?

Thanks for the reply and help

  6. Hello

I have a class 70 with sound and F10 button is set for flange ,wheel squeal .

I believe it only works at slow speeds ,But mine will only work when i press f10 and then its works but only for a few seconds . I have read up that this could be f10 none latching .

So i press f10 sound come on then off on its own .

I want it to stay on at low speeds . so F10 press on ,Then i press F10 to turn off .

Any help how to do this please .

    Thank you

    Neil
