Received a 2nd hand coach in the post earlier today with three of the glazing panels loose inside. After much (well...a little) cussing I then searched for some help on Google and found your post. I followed your instructions and advice and am glad to report that I successfully managed to remedy the problem and now have a good coach to add to my collection... also seated a few passengers on board whilst the opportunity was there.
Took a bit longer than 30mins, mind... but dare say I'll get a bit more proficient at it next time I need to disassemble a Bachmann mk1 coach.
Many thanks for taking the trouble to show us how it's done...much appreciated.
