  1. Finally my Dapol/Rails arrived in the Netherlands. But it was a very expensive experience. To speed up the livery after Brexit, I let send my railway stuff via a British friend. So also in this occasion. Indeed my loc is much, much faster in the NL, than similar D Class locos of my Dutch friends, still waiting… But I paid VAT in the UK, and my British friend send it to me. The Dutch douane let me however pay again the Dutch equivalent of the VAT (€ 60,-). And it seems there’s no way to get it back, due to the Dutch and UK officials.
  2. My little SECR D Class making a test run on Parkend North of Dan Evason.
  3. Fully clear. It’s a little bit unusual, but that’s your choice. I have to respect it. I Understand that I can download several CAD files. Are they available in different formats?
  4. Hi Martin, I thought I had already an account on Templot. I made a new one. Please contact me, send me your email adress. I think your solution is suitable. Do you use wooden or 3D printed sleepers?
  5. Some called the SECR extravagant… But what’s the difference with the Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway? Green is blue… Even nice, I would say!
  6. Hahaha, Well Andy… Not necessary, when you send it to me, I make my own variations. For me the most important thing is a proper printable chair suitable for a bullhead rail.
  7. Hi Andy, for sure I want your chairs. But when added with a pin underneath, like the ones of TT Filigran would be marvelous. With Templot you can easy make a sleeper bed, you can lasercut from multiplex or MDF. For a point or a flextrack. Perhaps it solved my problem for my new project Corfe Castle. I heard about certain delivery problems at Peco. Send me a PM with your email adress, I send you mine.
  8. I developed some other elements for my Corfe Castle project. First of all the Stationbuilding. Not fully detailed yet: At second the Goods Shed. and at last the coal staithes. i use my own self lasercutted sleepers. Gr, Hans
  9. Well, let’s show my loco. I showed it earlier on the BRM facebook page. Here is my little Dapol D Class as a visitor on Parkend North, a commission project of my British friend Dan Evason. Gr, Hans
  10. I saw yesterday the youtube movie of Sam’s Trains about his Locomotion SECR D Class nr. 737. Are there some differences with the Dapol SECR D nr. 488 other than the color of the box; black vs green?
  11. Thx, Robin… for your nice drawings of the Corfe Castle Station building. Now it’s quite easy for me to generate a good CAD design. I will show it here when ready. Gr, Hans
  12. @Paul, I hope to get the same drawing for my project. Gr, Hans
  13. I received a fantastic drawing from Robin of the old in 1957 demolished Signal Box. Based on this drawing I made already a CAD study of it. Gr, Hans
  14. Thx Robin, This Photo helps me further to build the scene. It’s an unusual picture from this side. But so I get a good feeling about the length of the Goods Shed and the Station building. yo know already how I work with Photos. For others, the distance between the tracks is due to the OO Gauge standard dimensions 50mm. So I scaled this screenshot of my smartphone in my CAD program. Gr, Hans
