So probably a rule 1 purcahse and id probably run them with a class 22 or 24. Would most likley use standard tension locks tho as my layout uses 2nd radius curves

Got my TMC single packs and the Accurascale exclusive ballast van yesterday. Really pleased with them and will deffo get more I did struggle a bit getting the plastic wrap from round the wagon tho

On the subject of power banks, my local Trident Trains has them in. Ive just had 2 and hes got more coming today

cheers ill avoid the accurathrash speaker then. Lighting wise its going into a green one so only got headcode and tail lights. Not fussed about drivers desk and engine room lights.

I want to install a 21 pin TXS into an aaccurascale 37. Speaker wise, it has a sugar cube built in. Ive seen a video on youtube showing the preinstalled speaker plus the supplied speaker in the biggest enclosure and it works well. But would it work if i used the accurathrash speaker instead of the hornvy speaker in the biggest enclosure?

How close are these to arriving. Waiting on the TMC versions :)

I had planned on doing the same but hasnt he altered his so the lighting is directional? I would want it so all 4 lights are on together as per the prototype

Has anyone installed a Next18 TXS chip to a Heljan class 11?

Well i have to say that mine runs better than ever now and rarely stalls on pointwork. The lights are a nice touch. Im considering getting another! Is the TXS decoder a definate no no?

Im assuming its out of warranty? Wont they even have it in for a paid repair? Ive had nothing but great service before from gaugemaster so id be really suprised if they washed there hands of you

Well my plain green loco has arrived and runs well on an imperium decoder. Slightly stutters over a couple of my less than perfectly laid points but its still running in so could well improve. However, one area of concern is according to the manual there is only 6 months warranty. Upon checking the manual for my recently purcahsed Class 33 that too only has 6 months warranty. So are Heljan now only offering 6 months warranty? EDIT : It seems 6 months is correct. From the Heljan website : Q: What is the warranty period on Heljan models? A: All Heljan models have a standard warranty period of six months from the date of purchase. Should you experience any problems with your model, please return it to the retailer from which it was purchased for exchange or a refund.

The class 20 sounded a bit distorted on the video but its probably fine in person. Did you get chance to see what speakers would fit in the class 20? the 21 pin version should take the smallest at least, but is there space for a speaker in the 8 pin version.
