Surely, this translates to:
Do not leave
nothing ( or for those more hege-u-cated - anything)
in your car
Looks like somebody had blanked out the word VALUABLES from the sign for fun. I can just read the word when I blow up the picture on my computer.

A snap of the first etched coach kit that I ever built....in the 70s!
It is a Mallard kit. Can't remember the diagram number! The foot boards need straightening and the lining looks a little tired now.
Most likely the C4 diagram.

Anyone thinking they might get a Pocket Money Kit for a bargain price might be a teeny bit disappointed.....
And some mugins paid £5.00 for them, when you can download the instructions for free from the web site, yes they will be for the 7mm kits but the instructions will be the same.

Some lucky person got this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Colin-Waite-Model-GWR-4-Wheeled-Brake-Van-V2-etched-brass-kit-00-HO-/391220490669?nma=true&si=DAlOX6fiXtyUpSAFjDsa3F6xfzc%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 Gone before I found it after been out during the day.

R coaches are all first, S coaches are all third, T coaches brake third, U coaches are compost and V coaches, full brake 4 and 6 wheel coaches. These will be the ones which most likely be of use to you. A V6 was a clerestory 4 wheel coach.

The last time I took my pants off when a train approached resulted in a police warning.
Next time they should be worn outside your trousers.

This really needs Tony Comber to answer. A quick blast on Google shows that 6412 was the last loco run at Ross and this is on the West Somerset. The West Somerset have 5542 and this is the only tenuous link I can find although I am not much of a historian.
6412 is normally based on the South Devon railway who acquired it from the WSRA in October 2008. 5542 is owned by 5542 group and only spends a short amount of time on the WSR as it is hired out to other railways.

Job lot of Slater's lineside for £13.49 + £2.80 P&P, not bad for approx £60.00 worth.

Pity that, while they were making changes, they did not bring us into line with the US version and move us from 'Collectables' to 'Hobbies'.
Regards
Keith
Well with the big boys with their overpriced goods do then, as they think people are interested in collecting model railways and not building and running your model railway as a hobby as their goods are always sold as "A good item for your collection"

Lottery grant
This week the railway has announced that it has received lottery funding to the tune of £9.5 million towards the building of a new National Railway Museum out station at Leicester North. Exhibits could include Butler Henderson, the 04 and Green Arrow. The museum is set for completion in 2019.
They have only received £500.000 so far of the lottery funding to pay for the last section, and if the win this they will get the rest of the money so still have another hurdle to go before they are home and dry.

It should be listed as BIN, and that means our meaning of the word BIN, and not the ebay meaning of the letters BIN.

I don't think he will be too worried about his RMweb reputation, as he seems to have joined the big boys -
But do these cars have problems with the reverse gear, as he is on about "that wont give you many problems going forwards"

Got the GWR Miscellany vol 2 book for £3.00 after a best offer on BIN sale, so with P&P it is only £1.00 more than when the book came out c1978 and on Amazon they start from £7.50 up.
-
Excellent unmade condition, you must be joking. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cooper-Craft-OO-Kit-No-1007-GWR-V4-Mink-Van-8-039-01-2-034-height-/141619353748?So where is the kit then which should be in the bag.
Not sold and not surprised.

DPU's on the back of that last train sounded particularly nice I have to say!
If that had been a level crossing where it was filmed, it would have taken approx 8 minuets for the train to clear so it to be open for road traffic again.

If I was you I would check with the seller if the castings are there, as they aren't in any of the photos.
